What do the Cue Color Coding in the COBRA Control Panel Mean?

When using COBRA Control Panel, each cue is color-coded to indicate its continuity status and whether it is included in your script. This color system helps you quickly identify the state of each cue, making it easier to troubleshoot and prepare for your show. Below is a breakdown of what each color represents:

  1. Green - Continuity Good
The cue has good continuity, and it is included in your script. This cue is ready to fire as expected during your show.

  2. Yellow - Continuity Good, Not in Script
The cue has good continuity but is not part of your current script. This can happen when a cue is connected but hasn’t been assigned to fire during your scripted show.

  3. Red - No Continuity, In Script
The cue is part of your script, but it does not have good continuity. You will need to address this issue to ensure the cue fires as expected.

  4. Gray - No Continuity
The cue does not have continuity and is not included in your script.

  5. Orange - No Continuity, Module on Same Channel Has Continuity
The cue itself does not have continuity, but another module on the same channel does. This can be useful when diagnosing issues at the module level.

These visual cues in the COBRA Control Panel simplify the process of managing and troubleshooting your setup. By quickly understanding the status of each cue, you can resolve potential issues before the show begins, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
