The reprogramming software is not recognizing my wireless reprogrammer/SNAP Stick, what do I do?

If the reprogramming software is not recognizing your COBRA Wireless Reprogrammer (SNAP STICK), it is typically due to an issue with the driver. 

A couple of quick troubleshooting steps include: 

  • Try a different USB port on your device 
  • Attempt to perform the reprogramming on another PC (if possible) If these steps do not resolve the issue, see the attached Wireless Reprogrammer
