Can I ship my equipment to COBRA to update the firmware?

Yes, you may ship your equipment to COBRA headquarters, and once received, we will perform the software upgrade for $5 per unit, which also includes a COBRA 360 health check on your modules.

We do ask that you reach out to COBRA support before mailing anything to COBRA. This will allow us to assign a return authorization number (RMA) to your return. An RMA number will allow us to keep you up to date on the progress of your equipment while it's here at COBRA.
