My Audio Box is showing a -0 or no signal, why?

There are two reasons why your Audio Box may be displaying no signal on your 18R2 or COBRA Control Panel while using firmware 5.1.

Due to network communication changes in firmware 5.1 COBRA Audio Box devices that are on the A hardware platform will require another COBRA module on and synced to the same 18R2 in order to display signal.

Firmware 5.1 contains changes in how the Audio Box reads the USB drive. If there is no USB drive in the Audio Box USB port while the device is on the Audio Box will repeatedly attempt to read the USB drive. This indexing causes the Audio Box to display no signal on the 18R2 or Control Panel and plugging in a USB drive will resolve this.
