Why does My Audio Box seem slower than my Pyro?

The most common reason for audio quality issues relating to the speed of the audio track is not correctly formatting the audio file. Please see our Audio Box User Guide for more information on formatting this file.

Although rare, this may also occur if you are using a Hardware Version A Audio Box with no other COBRA modules on. If you are using a Hardware A Audio Box, ensure your audio plays in sync with your script by having at least one other Module turned on and synced to the system. Please see Hardware Hammered Out to determine the Hardware Version of your equipment.

This would not be a concern during a show as other modules would be on and communicating through mesh.
