Can other files be on the USB or will this cause issues during my show?

Yes, you can have other files on the USB drive, and they will not negatively affect the operation of the USB and the Audio Box.

Firmware 5.1 introduced the ability for the Audio Box to play the .mp3 file even if the audio file name does not match the script argument. This feature will not work if your USB drive has multiple audio files. If there are multiple .mp3 files on the USB drive and none of the files match the Audio Box argument within the script, no music will play as the Audio Box will be unsure which file is needed.
