What is the expected resistance of a Talon/Clip-on Igniter?

The expected resistance of a Talon/Clip-on Igniter is 10 ohms or less, though there may be some variation; after clipping a Talon/Clip-on Igniter onto a fuse, it is normal for the resistance to drop.
