What is the difference between e-match and Talon/Clip-on Igniter mode?

E-match mode will enable your module to send a 0.1-second pulse of current for each firing command. In Talon/Clip-on Igniter mode, the duration of the firing pulse increases to a full two seconds.

The default setting for our firing modules is e-match mode. To select Talon/Clip-On Igniter mode, press SYNC and CH+ on the module simultaneously until "2.0" or "2.0s" is displayed on the screen. Press SYNC and CH- if you wish to return to e-match mode, a "0.1" or "0.1s" will be displayed. You can also change the firing modes from the Device List on the Control Panel app.
