All slats have gold plated contacts and are resistant to water; however, extended exposure to water will eventually lead to corrosion. We recommend using our Slat Covers or another cover to protect the slats if you expect rain. To prevent dew or humidity build-up, dry the slats after use and store in a climate-controlled environment.
