If you find your equipment needs to be sent in to be repaired, or you simply need a part to be sent to you under warranty, please contact us by phone at 518-741-4300 (Call or Text), by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or on our Live Chat. We also have an RMA Form that can be filled out, which will notify us of your Repair needs, and we will reach out to confirm, and send you the necessary RMA documents.
With some information about your equipment, we can determine whether or not your Repair will be covered under our Lifetime Warranty. If so, we will send you a Pre-Paid Label to use to ship your equipment back to us, or we will ship you the necessary parts or equipment, free of charge. You can also use our online Support Portal which includes self-help and repair guidance.
