What does my Warranty Cover?

COBRA Firing Systems stands behind our products with a Standard Lifetime Warranty against any manufacturer defects. No matter when or from whom your system was purchased, you’re covered.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturer Defects: Any defect in materials or workmanship is fully covered under warranty.
  • Ownership Transfer: Coverage applies regardless of original ownership or transfer.
  • LiPo Batteries: Covered for 2 years after purchase.

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by fire, water, or physical impact.
  • Damage from misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear beyond the stated coverage period.

Shipping Coverage

  • Within 1 year of purchase: COBRA covers all shipping costs both ways for warranty repairs or replacements.
  • After 1 year:
    • If a warranty part can be shipped without needing your old part back, it ships free for life.
    • If your product must be sent in for service, you cover shipping to COBRA, and we cover shipping back to you.

To request warranty support, please contact our support team. We’ll diagnose the issue, and if it qualifies for warranty service, we’ll send a prepaid label or ship replacement parts directly to you.

For repairs outside warranty coverage, COBRA will always offer a fair and transparent quote for parts and labor before proceeding.
