No, COBRA Show Operator (CSO) does not work with the Command Center.
Why It Doesn’t Work
The Command Center is an all-in-one, ruggedized unit that houses an 18R2 remote, a tablet running COBRA Control Panel software, a signal booster, an internal battery, and related components, designed for touchscreen tablet control in the field.
CSO, on the other hand, is a desktop-oriented interface that runs in Google Chrome on PC or Mac and relies on the COBRA Agent for USB communication. It’s built around traditional keyboard and mouse workflows and is not architected to integrate with tablet-based, self-contained systems like the Command Center.
What to Use Instead
- If you're using the Command Center, continue using the native COBRA Control Panel via the mounted tablet—it’s the supported interface for that hardware.
- If you’re working in a desktop/laptop environment and want the advantages of mouse-and-keyboard control, go with COBRA Show Operator (CSO).
