Choosing the Right Shipping Speed for Your Order

COBRA offers shipping through FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS). This page explains the options we provide, typical delivery speeds, which methods receive priority handling, and what to expect once a package leaves our warehouse.

Priority handling (same-day ship)

  • Orders placed with FedEx Priority Overnight or FedEx Standard Overnight by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.

“Business day” excludes weekends and carrier holidays.

FedEx Money-Back Guarantee

FedEx offers a money-back guarantee on FedEx Priority Overnight and FedEx Standard Overnight. If a guaranteed package arrives later than FedEx’s published delivery commitment, the shipping charge for the overnight portion is eligible for a refund or credit. Delays due to weather, customs, or other events outside FedEx’s control are not refundable. To request a refund, email COBRA Support after the delay; we will reimburse the premium overnight fee (the base ground portion is still charged).

Delivery expectations

  • Only Overnight services are treated as priority and receive same-day shipping when ordered before noon ET.
  • All other services can experience delays due to weather, volume, customs, or carrier network issues. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Once a package leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for delivery. For time-critical needs, choose an Overnight option and order before the cutoff.
