My device is unresponsive/not powering on; what do I do?

At times it is possible, while rare, to have a bricked or unresponsive firing module or 18R2 controller. The fix for this is quite easy and can be done yourself If you have access to a Wireless Re-programmer

With the wireless programmer and the device you are having issues with, you will want to run our COBRA Reprogramming Software. When you run the software, choose "Recover unresponsive device"  from the "other features" menu and follow the steps. Your device will now be back up and running.
