Yes, you may ship your equipment to COBRA headquarters, and once received, we will perform the software upgrade for free. You are only required to pay for shipping both ways.
We do ask that you reach out to COBRA support before mailing anything to COBRA. This will allow us to assign a return authorization number (RMA) to your return. An RMA number will allow us to keep you up to date on the progress of your equipment while it's here at COBRA.
